Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use AKX ALGO Automated Trading and Copy Trading.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits the AKX ALGO website or uses our Automated Trading and Copy Trading services. By paying for or using any service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.
Our Services
AKX ALGO offers two services:
- Automated Trading: our team runs the AKX ALGO system on your MetaTrader 5 account after payment is confirmed.
- Copy Trading: you follow the AKX ALGO strategy account on our partner broker’s copy trading platform.
We do not sell or deliver software files, expert advisors or license keys to customers.
Your Account and Responsibilities
You must hold a live MetaTrader 5 account with our partner broker. Your funds always stay in your own broker account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your login details safe, and for deciding how much capital to trade with.
Payments
- Automated Trading is paid by cryptocurrency (USDT or Bitcoin) on the network shown at checkout. Send proof of payment on WhatsApp. We activate the service after the payment is confirmed.
- Copy Trading has no upfront cost and no fixed monthly fee. A performance fee applies only to new realized profit, as explained when you join.
Funds sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address may be lost. Please check every detail before you send.
How We Manage the Service
We run the strategy using the access you provide. We may pause or adjust trading during unusual market conditions, maintenance or technical problems. You can ask us to stop at any time through our support channels.
Intellectual Property
The AKX ALGO name, logo, strategy, systems, website content and documentation belong to AKX ALGO. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or share them without our written permission.
Risk Disclaimer
Trading forex, commodities, indices and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not suit everyone. Automated and copy trading do not guarantee profit. Past performance, including any results shown on this website, does not predict future results. You may lose some or all of your capital, so only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AKX ALGO is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or direct or indirect damages that result from market movements, broker or platform issues, internet or technical failures, or your own decisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
